| Dr. Joanna Ayoub |
 |
Dr. Joanna Ayoub received her bachelor's degree, in biology, from Barnard College at Columbia University, in New York City. She is a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed a three-year podiatric medical and surgical residency program at Hahnemann Hospital/Drexel University, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she was chief resident. Dr. Ayoub has received extensive training in all aspects of podiatric care, with an emphasis in rearfoot and ankle reconstruction, diabetic wound care, limb salvage, trauma and sports medicine.

Over the past several years, Dr. Ayoub has participated in surgical mission trips to Honduras and El Salvador using her training and skills to surgically treat children and babies with various congenital deformities (such as clubfoot and flatfoot).

Dr. Ayoub is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and American Podiatric Wound Care Association.
|
She is a compassionate physician who cares very much about providing the utmost comprehensive care for her patients. She is fluent in Arabic. In her spare time, Dr. Ayoub enjoys traveling, hiking with her dog, experiencing new foods and the performing arts.
