| Dr. Dennis Weber |

Dr. Dennis Weber is a graduate of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. He
completed his Surgical Residency in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Kern Hospital in Warren
Michigan. He is Board Certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery by the American
Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Society of Podiatric
Surgeons.

Dr. Weber is on the staff of Shady Grove Adventist Hospital and the Montgomery
Surgery Center. He has twice served as the Chief of Podiatry, Department of Surgery at
Shady Grove Adventist Hospital. He is an Adjunct Clinical Professor in the Department
of Orthopedics (Podiatry Section) at Georgetown University Hospital. |
He has served on the Executive Committee of the Maryland Podiatric Medical
Association and was appointed to the State Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners by the
Governor in 2000. He served two terms as President of the Board during his eight year
tenure.

Dr. Weber has lectured at both regional and national Podiatric Seminars and has been
published in the Journal of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He has
appeared on local radio and television programs throughout his career.

Dr. Weber is married and has two adult children. He is an avid golfer. |
